ATTENTION: SHIPMENTS ARE NOW BEING SURVEYED AS PART OF THE
NEW FAMILIES FIRST PROGRAM.
YOUR PERFORMANCE IS BEING EVALUATED BY THE CUSTOMER.
On several past addendums we have indicated penalties for
Suddath Carrier shipments being delivered to foreign destination agents
without prior approval.
Due to excessive deliveries to unauthorized foreign destination agents we
have found it necessary to implement all appropriate penalties effective on
shipments loading as of August 17, 2001.
Any change of destination agents must be phoned in and approved by Suddath
Military Dispatch prior to delivery.
